I have a UK 3 mobile phone contract and was working in Italy in the period of this bill

As you can see all incoming calls are FREE. All outgoing calls back to the UK are also FREE.

YES it is true 3 Like Home works, you can roam in the participating countries and roam as if at home using your monthly contract bundle minutes. AMAZING MASSSIVE SAVINGS !!!

Yes this one has a few charges.

A call to Jersey...Unfortunately not currently supported by the 3 like home network.

And strangly a charge for picking up voicemail. In this case i was not roaming on the 3 network, but another italian mobile network and thus got charged. Make sure when answering calls and making calls that you are roaming on the 3 network of the country you are in. You can force your phone to roam on a specific network when abroad, but if there is no 3 network available your phone automatically roams onto other networks and normal international roaming costs are incurred. It just proves how much you save when you are on the 3 network and using the three like home service.
